Instructions for Authors

This journal uses Electronic Journal Management System: VGTU Press. VGTU Press is offered to help Editor manage submissions as well as track and report the peer review process. It is an Internet-based service that can be accessed from any computer on the Internet and works on multiple platforms. It is not necessary to create a staff to support the Editor. Complete guidelines for preparing and submitting your manuscript to this journal are provided below.

The instructions below are specifically directed at authors who wish to submit a manuscript to Mathematical Modelling and Analysis.

Mathematical Modelling and Analysis considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that they have been submitted only to it; that they have not yet been published, nor they are under consideration for publication or in press elsewhere. It should be clearly indicated if a submission was previously declined by another journal. Authors who fail to adhere to this condition will be charged with all costs which Mathematical Modelling and Analysis incurs and their paper will not be published.

Contributions to Mathematical Modelling and Analysis must report original research and will be subject to peer-review.

All submissions should be made online at the Mathematical Modelling and Analysis
Submissions
New users should first create an account. Once a user is logged onto the site submissions should be made via the Author Centre. Online user guides and access to a helpdesk are available on this website.

General Information:

Papers submitted for publication should be written in English. The length of a paper should not exceed 20 pages.

Each paper should have the following structure: the title, the name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s), the abstract (50 - 80 words), keywords (3 - 5), AMS Subject Classification link to AMS 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification, the text, the list of references.

We ask you to submit your papers written in LATEX_2e and in MMA Journal style (mma.cls).

The list of references should always be in alphabetical order. We ask that you submit your references written with BibTeX and in MMA Journal bibstyle (plainmma.bst )

NOTE!
Authors must submit an article in MMA Journal Style. Only such submissions will be reviewed.

We recommend for Authors to use the file template.tex as initial file for MMA Journal paper and the latest

Style Files .

Electronic Processing:

Authors must upload the following file:
Manuscript.pdf

Revision: First Authors can add Supplementary Files: answers to reviewers.
and finally upload revision (PDF file) .

After review process Authors must upload the following files: 1. article.tex ; 2. x.bib ; 3. *.eps files in for iliustrations Please, add *.eps in archive file(s) (zip). The maximum file size is 6.0MB. 4. Manuscript article.pdf

• Figures must be add in zip file. • Avoid the use of colour and tints for purely aesthetic reasons. • Figures should be produced as near to the finished size as possible. • All figures must be numbered in the order in which they appear in the paper (e.g. Figure 1, Figure 2. In multi-part figures, each part should be labelled (e.g. (a), (b)). • The filename for the graphic should be descriptive of the graphic, e.g. Fig1, Fig2a, Fig2b. • Files should be saved as EPS (encapsulated PostScript), and should contain all the necessary font information and the source file of the application (e.g. CorelDraw/Mac, CorelDraw/PC).

Please note that it is in the author's interest to provide the highest quality figure format possible. Please do not hesitate to contact our Production Department if you have any queries.
